Process, Delivery & Shipping
Worldwide shipping available. The postage & packaging costs are calculated to consider the materials included and the weight of your order.
Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be processed, although most orders are processed and posted within 2-3 days. Any orders that include a handmade beaded item may take up to 7-10 business days to be completed. If you need your item by a particular date and require a faster process, please enquire by emailing
Special Delivery is the only UK shipping option that guarantees compensation for loss or damage (up to £500).
EUROPE & EVERYWHERE ELSE
If you have chosen for your item to be sent via Tracked & Signed shipping, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to where you can track your orders location. Please click the following link to see estimated shipping times for all items posted via > International Standard Delivery.
Due to the mistake of any other postal/shipping service being used outside of the UK once passed through customs, it is down to us and the customer to come to some form of agreement/compensation. We advise choosing the Tracked & Signed postage option which ensures a safer arrival as you can track the items until it arrives and you will have to sign for the package to receive it. If you have selected Standard International Shipping and an item is misplaced, we are not obliged to replace or refund your item, however your happiness is important to us so we will do our absolute best to ensure any issues are resolved.

Royal Mail does not cover/insure jewellery items unless posted via Special Delivery, therefore if any items are delayed or lost (due to the mistake of Royal Mail or any postal/shipping service being used outside of the UK) it is down to us and the customer to come to some form of agreement/compensation. We are not obliged to replace or refund your item, however your happiness is important to us so we will do our absolute best to ensure any issues are resolved.

In the rare and unfortunate circumstance there is a mistake with your order, you can return the item and your item will be replaced with the correct one. If there is a sizing issue with an item, we are happy to have the item returned to me for re-sizing or exchange, however we may ask for a monetary contribution for shipping and/or time so we advise you check the measurements of adornments before purchasing.
If there is no mistake with your order but for any reason you are not happy then please contact via email:- - it is at our discretion if we refund or exchange.
